Sylvia offers her clients over 20 years of real estate sales experience. She is a native of Lancaster, SC and started her real estate career in 1985 as co-owner and broker-in-charge of Simpson and Williams Real Estate. She later sold her company to Allen Tate in 1999 and continued to work as broker-in charge until 2003. She knows Grand Strand market because she has enjoyed a “2nd home” at the beach since 1988 and became a permanent resident in 2005. She joined Watermark Real Estate Group in 2007 and is actively working with buyers interested in acquiring real estate along the Grand Strand.
